Job Description: Job Title: FCO and DCS BAU Change Management Corporate Title: Senior Vice President  / Vice President Location: Chester Role Description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an associate to join the Global Markets Core Operations Change team based in the UK.  The team supports the Global Markets Core Operations teams who manage OTC Derivatives, FX and Commodities Confirmations and Settlements functions. Responsibilities: Applying an entrepreneurial & innovative mindset and setting the standard as a culture carrier for the organization Actively seeking new opportunities for change/improvements by analyzing, challenging and remediating processes, controls and behaviors relating to the FCO & DCS Confirmations and Settlement processes Driving market-wide projects which have captured the focus of senior management Actively influencing changes in client behavior leading to a reduction in risk and cost and increase in efficiency Providing functional support to users across multiple asset classes, helping set best practices and reinforce process standards The Team: The FX and Commodities Operations, Derivatives Confirmations and Settlements (FCO & DCS) team perform end to end trade control, confirmation and settlements processes across FICC businesses and provides utility OTC derivative confirmation and settlement services for non FICC businesses. Within FCO & DCS, the teams provide multiple services such as FICC trade control, Foreign Exchange (FX) electronic matching and settlement, Over the Counter (OTC) Derivative confirmation and settlement, and Commodities operations.
