Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant Location: Bolton We are recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join us at Adecco in Bolton. We are happy to provide full training for this position, providing you have a real passion for people!About the roleThe role requires you to work closely with the branch manager, temps consultant and the perms consultant to attract, resource and place the very best job seekers in the local market place:Writing compelling job adverts on job baords and social media platforms Conducting competency-based interviews with branch applicants.Working with the consultants to market your candidates to local businesses.About youThe ideal candidate will have some previous experience in a customer-facing role and be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of how to deliver an excellent customer experience. You will enjoy speaking to people both on the phone and face to face. And be able to build rapport with your candidates and clients.
