Role Description:Reporting to the Branch Manager, the primary function of the Recruitment Trainee, or Candidate Consultant is to provide a high level of administrative support to the branch, in accordance with the needs of the business. Supporting the permanent side of the business.What will you do in the role?Proactively resource candidates for active client vacancies as well as pipelining talent relevant to the current market sectorsHandle incoming candidate CVs, pre-screening and arranging candidate appointments and guide candidates through the interview processAssisting with the interview process to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and previous work historyUsing video interviewing technology and assessments to shortlist and select candidates.Proactively understanding current client’s requirements.Build market knowledge of clients within each sectorInteract and liaise with clients on daily basisWhat are we looking for?Excellent relationship building and customer service skillsStrong organisation skills and a methodical approach to all tasksStrong desire to succeed.Ability to prioritise workload to ensure efficient delivery of candidates to your consultantEmpathy, the ability to support candidates through their job searchExperience in Retail or hospitality sectors is preferable What’s in it for you?With us, you have the opportunity to work within a FTSE 500 company for the good of thousands of people across the globe.
