\n \nWhat You'll Be Doing \n·Managing and coordinating all Service Department bookings. \n·Ensuring efficient workshop loading while delivering outstanding customer service. \n·Identifying and promoting additional work, including service plans and special offers.
\n·Acting as a key point of contact between customers and the workshop team. \n \nWhat We're Looking For \n·Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership environment. \n·Knowledge of Kerridge, 1Link, Pinnacle, or similar DMS systems.
\n·A proven ability to upsell products or services. \n·A full, valid UK manual driving licence (subject to driver checks). \n·A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to deliver excellent service.
