Oxford\n£375 per day PAYE\n19 April 2026 – 18 October 2026\nFull-Time Contract\n\nLynx Employment Services are recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major bridge rebuilding project in Oxford.\nThis is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design through to construction and completion. You will act as the client's representative, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n\nLead the delivery of a major bridge infrastructure project\n\nManage procurement and contract administration activities\n\nMonitor project progress against key milestones and objectives\n\nIdentify risks and implement solutions to maintain project delivery\n\nLead multidisciplinary project teams and external contractors\n\nBuild and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, consultants and local authorities\n\nEnsure compliance with health and safety, environmental and quality standards\n\nProvide regular project reporting and performance updates\n### Requirements\n\nExtensive experience delivering major infrastructure or civil engineering projects\nStrong leadership, stakeholder management and negotiation skills\nProven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget\nDegree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline\nRelevant professional qualifications or memberships\nKnowledge of UK highways standards and bridge construction practices is highly desirable\n\n### What's on Offer?\n\n✔ £375 per day PAYE\n✔ High-profile infrastructure project\n✔ Opportunity to lead a significant bridge rebuilding programme\n✔ Collaborative and professional project environment\n✔ Immediate start available\n\nTo apply, please submit your CV or contact Lynx Employment Services for further information
