Sales Administrator

Part Time, 25 Hours - Sales Administrator Must be able to commit to 3 months 10am - 3pm but hours are flexible £9 / £10 Duties include: 1. To manage order processing tasks on a daily basis 2. To ensure all customer service standards are maintained 3. To liaise with Area Sales Managers to ensure all orders are processed and customer information is current 4. Handling of customer queries 5. Communicate on a daily basis with internal departments. Area Sales Managers and customers through telephone and email 6. Daily general administrative duties 7. To gain knowledge of products in order to offer existing customers and maximize sales opportunities 8. To complete new line information as required 9. To ensure customer promotional information is actioned and required 10. To ensure all orders are managed and processed effectively 11. Diary management 12.
