This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work, thrives in a field-based role, and wants to be part of a company that values both technical excellence and customer relationships.\n\nYou’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality service across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, while also supporting wider business objectives including client engagement and project delivery.\n\nThis is more than just a service role — it’s an opportunity to become a trusted expert and a key contributor within a highly regarded engineering team.\n\nThe Role\nDeliver both planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of refrigeration systems\nAttend breakdowns, diagnose faults, and carry out effective repairs in a timely manner\nWork across complex systems including chillers, process cooling, blast freezers, and cold rooms\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nF-Gas qualified with NVQ Level 2 (Level 3 or above desirable)\nStrong experience working on commercial and/or industrial refrigeration systems\nConfident working with chillers and HFC/HFO refrigerants\nFull UK driving licence\n\nEquipment You’ll Work On\nCommercial & Industrial Refrigeration Systems\nProcess Cooling within Food & Beverage Manufacturing\nAir & Water-Cooled Chillers\nSpiral Chill & Freeze Systems\nCold Rooms & Freezer Rooms\nBlast Chillers & Freezers\nCondensing Units & Pack Systems\n\nPackage & Benefits\n44-46k OTE 60k \n40 hours per week (door-to-door paid)\nOvertime\nOn-call rota (approx. 1 in 7):\nStandby allowance\nCall-outs paid at enhanced rates\nCompany van (business & personal use)\nLaptop and mobile device provided\n31 days holiday (including bank holidays)\nPrivate healthcare scheme
