As a result, the In-house Legal team in London is looking for an ambitious and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join the team and continue bucking the trend.You will be responsible for building successful relationships with both Candidates and CustomersThe role will require you to take responsibility for:Customer relationships (with adjusted personal billing targets)Business planning and financial accountability (full P+L accountability)Developing and managing Candidate pool/portfolioAttracting new candidates via networking - Job boards – RecommendationsArranging interviews, preparing candidates for interview, taking client and candidate feedback.Establish and maintain good relationships with clients through regular telephone contact, visits and reviewing our service to ensure a quality service is always provided.Proactively map out key clients within portfolio.Develop a detailed knowledge of the nature and culture of all clients businessesHeadhunting and networking to develop B+C brand and reputation.Participating in marketing events.Conduct sales calls to introduce B+C services to prospective clients and maintain contact with existing clients.What are we looking for?Previous recruitment experience or commercial or industry experience.Excellent relationship building skills.Proven ability to bill and/or win business if require experienced hire.Target drivenWhat’s in it for you?Generous reward package including a market leading commission schemeA clear and exciting career pathFlexible working (60% from the office and 40% from home)First class learning and development opportunities for all levels – entry to experienced, including mentoring support from day one
