Property Administrator\n\n£25,000 - £27,000 Per Annum DOE\n\nContributory Pension\n\nFull Time\n\nBeeston, Nottingham\n\nPermanent\n\nFull UK driving licence is essential\n\nWe are seeking a proactive, organised, and client-focused Property Administrator to join our team. This role is central to the operation of our property portfolio, supporting activities across sales, lettings, and property management. You'll be a key liaison between landlords, tenants, buyers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring excellent service delivery at every stage of the property lifecycle.\n\nKey Responsibilities: Sales & Lettings Support:\n\n * Assist with the marketing of properties, including online listings, brochures, and photography coordination.\n\n * Handle enquiries, arrange viewings, and support agents with sales and lettings progression.\n\n * Liaise with vendors, buyers, landlords, and tenants throughout the transaction process.\n\n * Prepare tenancy agreements, sales memorandums, and relevant documentation.\n\n * Support referencing and compliance processes (e.g., Right to Rent, AML checks, etc.).\n\nProperty Management:\n\n * Act as the first point of contact for tenants and landlords regarding maintenance and tenancy issues.\n\n * Coordinate maintenance and repair works with contractors, ensuring timely resolution and quality standards.\n\n * Conduct periodic property inspections and report findings.\n\n * Manage rent increases and deposit returns.\n\n * Ensure all properties comply with relevant legal requirements (e.g., gas safety, EICR, EPC).\n\nAdministrative & Operational:\n\n * Maintain accurate records and update property management systems\n\n * Track key dates and deadlines (e.g., tenancy expiries, compliance checks).\n\nSkills & Experience:\n\n * Previous experience in residential property sales, lettings, or management is essential.\n\n * Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.\n\n * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\n * Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., JUPIX).\n\n * Familiarity with UK property legislation and compliance (e.g., Tenancy Act, HMO regulations).\n\n * A customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.\n\nQualifications:\n\n * Full UK driving licence is essential\n\n * Experience in lettings is essential\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n * Competitive salary\n\n * Commission opportunities\n\n * Ongoing training and career development prospects.\n\n * Friendly and supportive team environment.\n\nIf this role is of interest and you meet the above criteria, then please apply immediately
