About the vacancy:
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced housing professionals to specialise in managing complex anti-social behaviour, breach of contract and compliance-related cases. Working closely with residents, colleagues, solicitors and partner agencies, you will take the lead on legal interventions where required, including preparing court documentation, attending hearings and representing Hedyn in legal proceedings. The role is focused on achieving positive outcomes for customers and communities while ensuring a fair and proportionate approach to enforcement.
We're looking for individuals with strong tenancy and neighbourhood management experience, excellent communication skills, and a sound understanding of housing and ASB legislation. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise within a specialist role while making a real difference to our customers and communities.
