Their portfolio includes full design and build packages for NHS medical centres, large-scale auditoriums and university buildings – and their pipeline continues to grow.

They have a genuine can-do approach, a select and loyal client base, and a leadership team with a clear view of where the business is going.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\n * \n\n Preparing mechanical estimates and tender submissions from drawings and specifications\n\n * \n\n Carrying out take-offs and producing accurate cost plans across a range of project types\n\n * \n\n Engaging with the supply chain to obtain competitive subcontractor and supplier pricing\n\n * \n\n Identifying commercial risks and value engineering opportunities within bids\n\n * \n\n Attending tender clarification and review meetings\n\n * \n\n Working closely with the design and delivery teams to ensure bids are technically sound\n\n * \n\n Contributing to the development of the pre-construction function as the business grows\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n * \n\n Proven experience in mechanical estimating within an M&E contracting environment\n\n * \n\n Confident reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, specifications and tender documentation\n\n * \n\n Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel\n\n * \n\n Commercially aware, with a methodical and accurate approach to pricing\n\n * \n\n Motivated by the opportunity to grow within a business, not just fulfil a function\n\n * \n\n Relevant mechanical or building services background or qualification\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * \n\n Salary of £55,000 – £65,000 depending on experience\n\n * \n\n Company benefits package\n\n * \n\n A genuinely pivotal role within a growing business\n\n * \n\n Clear and realistic opportunities to progress for the right candidate
