This rapidly expanding company provide Cloud Services, Connectivity, hosted services and onsite support and have multiple office locations across the UK. In this role you will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software and system technical issues. You will deliver support to end users remotely and face to face. You will respond to queries and manage tickets, escalating when necessary. The ideal candidate will have experience in 1st line support or as an IT Technician with experience with Office 365 and supporting windows devices. You will have commercial experience in a ticketing environment and be confident with Active Directory. Any experience with VOIP would be advantageous but is not required.
