At Simplyhealth, we have a rare opportunity to lead our sales function as Group Sales Director. This is a key strategic and operational role responsible for delivering our ambitious growth plans. Your primary aim will be to secure and develop both existing and new revenue streams, coupled with improving and driving current sales performance.
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you’ll own and lead our multi-channel sales strategy to deliver profitable growth across all channels. You will have a clear view on how you and your team will acquire, retain and develop all customer segments through the acquisition of new business, strategic client management and digital acquisition, ensuring plans are fully aligned to planned marketing activities.
You will ensure that we have robust pre-engagement strategies, lead generation and compelling win themes that harness emerging capabilities and innovation in the market, effectively responding and gearing these towards successful sales delivery.
Please note we have a ‘smart working’ policy with flexible remote working. We will consider applications across the UK, however, there may be a requirement to attend meetings at our Hampshire head office in line with government guidelines.
