• Compliance&Safety:EnsureallassetscomplywithLOLER,BSEN81,\"responsibleperson\"formechanicalandelectricalsafety.
• ContractManagement:Manageandmonitorexternalliftandelectricalcontractors.EnsureKPIsaremet,conductregularsiteaudits,andreviewinsuranceandengineeringinspectionreports.
• Budget&ProjectOversight:Forecastandcontrolbudgetsforday-to-dayrepairs,routineservicing,andmajorcapitalmodernizationprojects.
• Breakdown&IncidentResponse:Coordinateresponseteamsforliftentrapmentsandelectricalemergencies.

StakeholderEngagement:Communicateeffectivelywithresidents,buildingoccupants,andinternalleadershipregardingservicestandardsandplannedworks.

EssentialQualifications&Requirements

• TechnicalQualifications:AnNVQLevel3inLift&EscalatorEngineering,orarecognizedelectrical/mechanicalengineeringequivalent.
• IndustryExperience:Extensivebackgroundintheliftandescalatorindustrywithpriorsupervisoryorteam-managementexperience.
• ComplianceKnowledge:Up-to-dateknowledgeofUKliftingandelectricallegislation,plusaworkingunderstandingoftheBuildingSafetyAct.
