Job Description

A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Manager, Client Events to oversee the planning, production and delivery of high‑profile client events across EMEA. This is a 12‑month maternity cover role suited to a confident, detail‑driven events professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment.



The Rol

eYou will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a diverse portfolio of client events — from intimate dinners and seminars to large‑scale conferences, sponsorship activations and signature hospitality programmes. Working closely with senior partners, Client Development teams and global stakeholders, you will shape event strategy, elevate client experience and ensure flawless execution across all formats (in‑person, hybrid and virtual)

Key responsibilities includ

  • e:Event strategy & production — define objectives, build action plans, manage timelines, and ensure best‑in‑class deliver
  • y.Budget ownership — develop and manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, track spend and report RO
  • I.Vendor & venue management — source and secure venues, build relationships with suppliers, and champion diverse and sustainable partner
  • s.On‑site leadership — oversee logistics, hospitality, production and AV to ensure seamless client experience
  • s.Team leadership — mentor and guide a small team, set goals and embed best practice
  • s.Data, compliance & operations — maintain accurate event records, ensure compliance with privacy requirements, and strengthen internal processe
