Our people live and breathe our SPIRIT values; we are the place for spirited people.More about your roleAs our Sales and Marketing Director you will be responsible for driving performance and the growth of the marketing strategy and sales plans across the Places for People Developments group. You will be responsible for achieving and setting annual budgets including marketing spend and will manage and oversee the marketing and sales of units across our diverse range of tenures.You will be leading a dynamic team toward success, providing strong leadership to maximise profitability and growth in line with strategic aims. You will be accountable for implementing strategies, policies and standardising our approach to sales and marketing.  For more information please download our job profile available on our website.Please note: This role is an agile position covering our sites nationally, there will be a requirement to travel with frequent visits to our offices.More about youYou will have experience of Sales & Marketing at a senior level with a degree in a related field e.g. marketing, communications etc. As a commercial thinker you will have knowledge of our competitors, their USPs and marketing strategies and will be aware of current housing trends. The ideal candidate for this role will have house builder experience and understanding of the development market, as well as knowledge of shared ownership and private sales.You will be highly personable with the ability to quickly build relationships. Networking and personal skills are essential, and you will be able to relate to people of varying organisational levels.
