We currently have an exciting opportunity with a globally known company.
You will work on one of the companies clients contracts, assisting with customer queries and questions via in-bound telephone calls and emails. Professionalism and a passion for customer satisfaction are the cornerstones of the companies business, therefore service excellence is essential at all times.
Inbound Customer Service Advisor-answering calls from the companies clients
Processing customer orders, tracking deliveries, answering all general queries and at times deal with customer complaints
Good understanding of customer service Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong IT and keyboard skills: must be able to use multiple systems at the same time
experience in customer service is desirable but not essential
Training will be given in all aspects of the role.
