If you want to innovate in the world of FinTech, we have one question: Are you FIS?About the teamThe Credit Risk team sit within our Operations function, their primary responsibility is to ensure the risk of loss to the business is minimised. The team are responsible for live monitoring of Merchants accounts, completing reviews and risk assessment as to whether we can continue engage with a customer.  About the role: As Support Analyst you will support the Credit Analysts in their daily credit reviews and administrative tasks.This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who has previous experience in a customer facing role, both internally and externally, who is looking to make their first step into Credit RiskContacting merchants, either over the telephone or via email, to obtain information necessary to complete a credit reviewDrafting documentation for written correspondence with merchantsManaging a mailbox addressing queries, both from internal and external sources,Ensuring that files are assigned to the correct analyst for reviewCollating statistics to support the production of internal and external reportsEnsure that all systems/ databases are maintained accurately at all times, for management information reporting.What you bring:Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skillsGood basic computer skills, including a familiarity with Microsoft OfficeAdministration or Team support experienceA keen eye for the smaller detail is essentialExcellent communication skills and the confidence and assurance to manage difficult conversationsAdded bonus if you have:Experience working in a financial regulated environmentPrevious coaching experienceWhat we offer youA multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunitiesA broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities – FIS is your final career step!A work environment built on collaboration, flexibility and respectPrivacy StatementFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
