? The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom in the absence of the teacher to:

• Deliver pre-set lessons across a variety of subjects
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Ensure students remain engaged and on task
• Provide a positive and structured learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence managing groups of students
• Previous experience working with young people (preferred but not essential)
• A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach
• A genuine interest in education
