Job Description: Job Title: Job Title: Control / Quality Assurance Design and Implementation Lead Corporate Title:  Director Location: London, Bromley and Dublin Role Description: As a lead of experienced business control specialists in Control / QA design and implementation function, this role is responsible for: Overseeing the strategic and tactical implementation of enterprise risk framework and requirements by engaging with multiple stakeholders within COS and wider organization Developing optimal governance routines and reporting to direct focus, drive risk-based decision-making and actions Designing, implementing, and sustaining the Quality Assurance testing to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process controls by working closely with process owners within COS Governing the COS portfolio of the QA testing executed by Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) and being the liaison between EIT Identifying opportunities and developing education programs to embed a robust risk culture across the organization Who we’re looking for   Global Markets Ops recruits highly motivated individuals who can help the firm and its clients facilitate business.  Professionals in Operations come from various academic and professional backgrounds and display the following qualities and attributes: Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions. The Team: Client Operational Services and Branch Operations (COS) provides operational support globally with the overall aim to provide simplified client interactions and to deepen client relationships across Global Banking and Markets clients. The team is focused on developing solutions for our clients to maintain and grow market share. Functions range from onboarding and offboarding our clients; enabling entity, client and product data; servicing our clients; and protecting our clients. Branch Operations in LATAM, Canada and EMEA provide front-to-back support for our business and clients across many regional offices. Business and Control Enablement team within COS is responsible for enabling COS to meet its strategic business goals by sustaining a strong control environment. The team delivers its mission through control assessment, control/ Quality Assurance (QA) design and implementation, governance execution and QA testing execution.
